Relentless Self-Promotion
Hey Everyone,
I’m playing a LOT next week, you should try to make it to some (if not all) of these shows, as they are all unique and wonderful in very different ways….
on Monday April 27th I play my first ever solo acoustic set opening for Al Rose and the Transcendos at Uncommon Ground (#2 on DEVON) probably pretty early like 6:30 or 7 p.m. Uncommon Ground has absinthe specials for the adventurous among you…
Next up, on Thursday, April 30th, the amazing Mike Videogames will reunite for their annual free form jazz rock performance at Quenchers at Western and Fullerton. Show probably starts at 9. Mike Videogames has moved into a more gadget-oriented space and are eager to share their sound with the world.
Friday, May 1st, Genius School plays Reggie’s Music Joint (the bar attached to Reggie’s Rock Club) after the Millions of Dead Cops show. Not only will we have our new CD available, but we have a ton of new songs to debut. But don’t take my word for it, Reggie’s says: “Genius School: Garage punk rock that will make you want to steal a caddy, chop the top and go joy riding with a case of whiskey to a sock hop.” Show starts at 9, $5.
Hope to see you there, thanks for all the support!
